Non-custom items

Returns or exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items that are brand new, unused and in their original, unopened packaging. Opened or worn nail sets are not eligible because of hygiene concerns. You pay return shipping.

Custom-made nail sets

Custom-made sets, including custom designs and custom sizing, are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

If there is an issue with your order, including a custom-made set, contact Support with your order number and a description of the problem. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

How to request a return or exchange

Contact Support within the return window with your order number and the item you want to return or exchange. We will provide the return instructions. Keep the item unused and unopened.
