Information used to run the store
Genesis Press On Nails uses the details you provide at checkout, including your name, contact information, shipping address and order choices, to process payment, make and deliver your order, and help with order questions. WooCommerce stores order records and uses browser cookies to remember your cart and checkout session. The website and hosting services also process technical request information to operate and protect the store.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe and the payment methods offered at checkout. Stripe processes payment and device information needed to complete payments and help prevent fraud. Card details are entered into the payment provider’s secure fields.
Optional photos, designs and support
If you choose photo sizing or submit a custom design, we use the images and information you send to work on your order. Send only the nail photos or artwork needed for your request. Chat is provided through Tidio; messages and information you send through chat are used to respond to your request.
Optional color previews
When you request an AI color preview, the product image and chosen color are processed through OpenRouter’s image service. Generated images may be compressed through Tinify and stored by the website for preview and order use. Do not include personal or sensitive information in a design or preview request.
Optional analytics
If optional analytics is enabled on the store, Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. It measures page visits, product and cart interactions, checkout steps, errors and completed purchases. The store’s analytics adapter excludes buyer names, email addresses, street addresses, card details, uploaded photos, custom prompts and chat messages. You can decline analytics and still shop. When analytics is available, use “Analytics preferences” to change your choice. Optional analytics is disabled until the store connects and enables it.
